Sudanese Passport Mission to Belfast: A Result of Cooperation Between the Sudanese Embassy in London and SCANI

The Sudanese Community Association in Northern Ireland (SCANI) is pleased to announce, in coordination and cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of the Sudan in London, the organisation of a Sudanese Passport Mission in Belfast.

The mission will take place on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 July 2026, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, at the following address:

4 Whiterock Cl, Belfast BT12 7RG

This mission is the result of the dedicated efforts of SCANI’s Executive Office, which worked closely with the Embassy to bring passport services to Belfast. This initiative will make the process much easier for members of the Sudanese community by reducing the need to travel to London.

The Executive Office encourages everyone wishing to apply for a new passport or renew an existing one to complete the online registration as early as possible and ensure that all required documents are prepared before attending their appointment.

The Executive Office also extends its sincere appreciation to the Embassy of the Republic of the Sudan in London for its cooperation and positive response to the needs of the Sudanese community. SCANI looks forward to continuing this constructive partnership for the benefit of Sudanese people living in Northern Ireland.
